PBS Aviation S.A. is a Portuguese company based in Tires, Portugal, created in December 2012 with the core mission of developing the passenger and cargo air transportation, as well as satisfying the concepts and requirements of its clients. PBS is a certified company, with duly licensed personnel, being able to supply an excellence quality service to all of its customers.

 

At this moment, we are launching a new brand called PBS TRAVEL, which is by its nature a Travel and Tourism Agency, looking to present the client with a wide range of options, in terms of flights, car rentals, boat rentals, among others, always thriving for their customers’ most comfort and happiness. We take the liberty to invite you to fly with us, board in this new trip and let yourself flow until you can find the way back to your own senses.

 

Mr. Viacheslav Bieliakov, is the founder and CEO of PBS AVIATION, who sums a wide experience on international aviation. He studied at the Russian Federation MOD Economics, Finance and Law Military Academy, worked as Camp Official in different UN missions, having been involved over the last years in the most diverse aviation projects, having always achieved success.

PBS supplies helicopters and airplanes to the transportation of heavy goods, cargo transport, operations in the African Continent as well as in Europe, Middle East and Asia. We use a blended fleet of Russian and Ukrainian aircrafts: MIL Mi, Kamov, Ilushin, Boeing, Bell e Antonov.

We support our customer’s needs by reducing the maintenance costs. Our helicopters are adequate to carry heavy loads, highly reliable, easy on maintenance, design, performance, long range and high load on internal and external cargo.

AVIATION has available to its clients a team of professional experts who fully dedicate their privacy and energy to the company, in an effective and efficient way, performing managing tasks, operational and administrative with maximum dedication. The total process of training at the office and at camp approaches aspects of maintenance registration procedures to proficiency references or logistic administration.

This results on a day by day improvement not only on our crews, but on our staff and client satisfaction.

PBS Aviation will be held accountable for supplying the aircraft, for the negotiated crew, for the necessary maintenance costs to maintain the aircraft in a perfect operational condition,

as well as the insurance policy (limited to the hull).

The remaining costs will be supported by the Client.

Dry Lease


In case Clients don’t foresee the necessity for other support systems or crew services, only petitioning a long term utilization of an aircraft, PBS shall analyze the option of a Dry Lease agreement.


Ad-Hoc Leasing


Not every flight is operated on a regular basis. It is possible that the flights are bound to a dilated time schedule and that is why our services offer another type of leasing.

Maintenance


PBS Aviation offers a service of line maintenance according to the dispositions of EASA Parte 145 “Approved Maintenance Organization” (AMO) and the remaining regulation issued by the Civil Aeronautical Authorities of Moldova to Valan International Cargo Charter and by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
